Present / Former Military and Pistols

We wanted to address something that we hear all the time.

“I was in the military so of course I can shoot!”

First of all, thank you for your service. Without you we all would not be able to do what we do.

What we have seen however is that most military members are amazing with rifles but have had very limited pistol experience and thus don’t do very well with the pistol qualifications. We suggest giving some formal instruction a chance so that you can learn pistols effectively and be as savage as you are with a rifle.

Give a refresher / tune up / new skills class a chance so that you can understand what you don’t know. So far; 85 percent of former and current military have not done very well on a basic skills test of marksmanship with a pistol.
